Exercise Physiology

That Fits Real Life

An Exercise Physiologist (EP) is a university‑qualified allied health professional who uses clinical exercise prescription to help people prevent, manage, and recover from a wide range of injuries and chronic health conditions — safely and effectively.

In Australia, EPs are accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and specialise in designing safe, evidence‑based exercise programs that improve health, movement, and quality of life.

Exercise Physiologists work with people who need more than general fitness. If you’re living with a health condition, injury, or reduced mobility, an EP provides expert guidance, personalised programs, and ongoing support to help you move better and stay independent.
